Printing Perl array values

I am writing a perl script to check all of the files in a folder and return the name and datestamp of the most recently modified file.

I think I have most of these steps correct with the exception of printing the result form the last array.

I want to be able to print the most recent file from the FileTimes array including:

1. File Name
2. File Date Stamp (regular date format)
3. File Time stamp (regular time format)

Here is my code without the printing at the end.
