Perl script to detect IP, browser name/version, operating system

Zones: Perl Programming Language, Active Server Pages (ASP), FreeBSD

I wrote the below code in ASP but found out the web server is running FreeBSD. Is there a way to turn on ASP in FreeBSD? If not, how can I convert the below code into Perl which runs in FreeBSD?
