perl and mailx

I need to send a large number of users a mail with some info in it on the pst that was detected and what they need to do with it. I can do this with sending them one mail at a time from a mail client but need to send them from the solaris box with mailx, I can send the mail and put all the data in it I need but cannot figure out how to script it so I can send to each user with the right data I need for each user.

I have file with the users mail address and location of their pst file which is tab seperated such as:

abruce@abx.xyz.com      D:/Documents/Mail/Eudora mails.pst
ACrespos1@abx.xyz.com      D:/Documents/Mail/outlook.pst
aekan@abx.xyz.com      D:/Documents/Mail/Personal Folders.pst      
jdoe@abx.xyz.com      D:/Documents/Outlook/Personal Folders.pst


I can use a small script such as this to mail what I need to the users.

Example of mail to first user on the list (aantippas@abx.xyz.com   D:/ProgramFiles/Outlook/AAntipp07.pst)

How can I loop through the file users-pst.txt in the script and replace the mail address and the path to the pst for each user?
