Form with the caption Windows Installer pops up on the screen.
The message on the form is saying:
The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the Dell Resource CD and click OK
Why is this happenning? Any work around?

Inside the VB IDE click View---Toolbars---Customiz e... Click the Reset button for each check marked option. Close the VB IDE/Re-Open see if File, Make is normal.
