How to display an application on top of other applications using Delphi

Hi,

I want to run an application in the Desktop of one PC and in some cases that application needs to display graphics in the extended display of my setup. I run the Displays in DualView using Nvidia.

The problem is that in the Second Display i always run an application (not the same one as the Desktop) witch is always on top no matter what i do thus i cannot see the graphics that have been generated from the application that runs on Desktop!

Funny thing is that when i press Alt Ctrl Del the Task Manager is on top in the Second Display above the application that runs always in the Second Display.

Is there any workaround on this? This issue is very critical for me.
