With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. Run app with elevated privileges for Vista's UAC in Delphi 2009

I'm trying to launch another application from my application, and I need the app I'm launching to have elevated privileges for UAC in Vista.

The code I use below worked in D2007, but now it won't work in D2009.  I get the following error:

"System Error.  Code:_1155.  No application is associated with the specified file for this operation."

I had to make a couple of changes for D2009 that I've noted in the code below.

Any ideas on how I can run the app with elevated privileges in Vista?  Is there an easier way of doing this?
