Unique digit usage expression

I need a regex expression that will find if each digit is unique in a string... I have a string that only has digits.

so:

123456789 true
987654321 true
289534617 true
123455566 false
456777777 false

Change the + to {9} if you want to require the string to be 9 digits in length.
