All you can do is query the owner of the trigger.
You can use sp_helptrigger to find the owner of the trigger.
In many cases the owner of the trigger is the same as the one who created it.
But this is not always the case. If a member of the db_owner role creates a trigger it could be owned by dbo but not actually created by the dbo of the database.
