Link to a FoxPro table from MS SQL-Get error message

Im trying to link to a FoxPro table from MS SQL.  A consult created the link and it worked at one time.  Its been a while but now when I try and run the following query I get an error:

SELECT *
FROM OPENQUERY(FUELFORCE, 'SELECT *
FROM testfuellog')
GO

OLE DB provider 'MSDASQL' reported an error.  
[OLE/DB provider returned message: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed]
[OLE/DB provider returned message: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed]
[OLE/DB provider returned message: [Microsoft][ODBC Visual FoxPro Driver]Cannot open file \\smf00mabcxxx\fuel\data\testfuelforce.dbc.]
OLE DB error trace [OLE/DB Provider 'MSDASQL' IDBInitialize::Initialize returned 0x80004005:   ].

Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

Excuse my ignorance but how do I use Provider=sqloledb.  Is it something I have to set in MS SQL server or does it go in the query?

80004005 indicates you don't have permission to the file.  Can you check permissions on the file / folder and make sure everything is in order?

The person did not have all the FoxPro files on the serve.  That's why is wasn't working.  Now that all the FoxPro files are on the server everything is working.
