You're right, I meant if "current date" is > renewal_date then "Renewal Required".
So basically, I added a field to my query and named it "renewal date:training_complete_dat

Add fields to query that is 24 months greater than another field
I have a query with a field called training_complete_date. I need to add a calculated field that displays the date that is 24 months greater than the date in the training_complete_date field. And another field that will display the text "Renewal Required" if the calculated field is 24 months greater than the date in the training_complete_date field. Basically, every 24 months a certification must be renewed.

if renewal_date = training_complete_date + 24 months
how will "Renewal Required" ever be true since it's always exactly 24 months from training_complete_date?
Do you mean if "current date" is > renewal_date then "Renewal Required" should be set?
Not "calculated date" > renewal_date?
