SQL Update where field is equal to value in related table

Hey, this probably needs some sort of nested where statement but I'm new to SQL and not too sure how to do it.

I have 3 tables. Table1 has a 1 to many relationship with Table2 and Table2 has a 1 to many relationship with Table3.
I am trying to run an Update SQL query on Table 3. I only want to update values in Table3 that relate to a certain PK value in Table1. Obviously the PK field for Table1 isn't a foreign key in the Table3 table therefore I'm not too sure how to do this.

Any help would be much appreciated
