SQL Weeks To Date in Current Year

I am looking to find the number of weeks that have passed in the current year and divide them by the number of hits from the SQL script below. Anything greater than 1 I want to display (basically if we are getting 1 or more hits a week).

I also need help for the fufildat > 'last 365 days'
