Pulling all "Is Null" Value records

Asked by billcute in SQL Query Syntax

I am trying to pull all records with these parameters:
a). All records where ConnSizeID is less than 2 including Is Null values AND
b). All records where SSizeID is less than 2 or equal to 2 including Is Null values AND
c). and...all records that meets the WHERE CLAUSE.

Currently, my query pulls all records that meets all criteria EXCEPT that the records of "IS NULL" values
are not pulled and I want these values included in the result of records pulled.
