Need to Replace text in fields

I need to replace the text AddLabelRowHTML to AddLabelRowText in multiple rows that are in 31 different databases. (The databases structures are identical.)
The different database issue is one problem...
The other problem is that the AddLabelRowHTML is nested within a block of text and I need to ONLY UPDATE THAT TEXT ('AddLabelRowHTML ' to 'AddLabelRowText ' ) WITH NO DATA LOSS/CHANGES TO DATA...

 I have attached a snippet that pulls the ID numbers from two of my databases that includes all of the clauses etc. It would be best if we can build off of this. (unless there's a way to make it more efficient.)
