Many-to-many relationships

Asked by wasabi3689 in SQL Query Syntax, Oracle 8.x, PL / SQL

I have  a table ra_contacts with unique key "contact_id"
Also,
I have two tables having Many-to-many relationships and both tables have key "contact_id" but they are not unique.

I want to know if I can establish a Many-to-many relationships between them by ra_contacts table's contact_id.

But the query run very slow and ask me more than 64 space.

The following SQL statement make sense?
