Error in my FROM Statement but dont know where ??

Hi all,

can someone run their eyes over this. i'm getting the following error message:

Macromedia][SequeLink JDBC Driver][ODBC Socket][Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Syntax error in FROM clause.
