How to create a store procedure to update data from ms excel to ms sql?

Hi
I need to update a table Student_Grade with data from the excel spreadseet. How can I call a procedure from the excel to update  it in MS SQL ?
The fields that I need to update are:
School, SchoolID, Name, StudentId, grade, add, email, phoneno
where SchooltID=@SchoolID
My database is called = ClassTT
server = vaioClass
userid = teacherTT
pw= asd@085
please I need help.
I started with the procedure but I'm not sure if it is right. Also I don't know how to call it in excel..
Any help will be very appreciate!
