Query to show differenced between two bills of material

I need a query that will compare two bills of material and list the differences between them. The data is contained in three tables:
BOM, BOM_Parts, and BOM_Designators

Below is a query that will display all the data for the specified BOM. It needs to be converted to show the differences between this data set and another using BOM_Num and BOM_Rev to specify the two BOMs. How would I do this?
