populate a temporary table except for subset values from another table

I need to populate a temporary table or variable with values 00 - 99 (could be int but ultimately needs output as char 00 format) EXCEPT for those values that match the suffix of values within another table field. ie LIKE 'AD9__'
[Projects].[Id] field has
95127
AD902
99713B
AD905
05213
82134

the table @Available i want will have suffix Id that are available for use in new records.

00
01
03
04
06
07
08
09
10
11 etc          (02 and 05 are NOT in the list)

These get returned to user for them to select desired ID which will be of form AD9xy
