Using response.redirect from within DIVS

Hi everyone,

I am currently developing a site using asp/vbscript/javascript with ajax implementation. As we are using ajax, there are divs within divs and we are having a problem redirecting a user once the session times out. We simply have the following:

response.redirect "login.asp"

when the session times out, however what happens is that the redirection happens from within the div (i.e., the login.asp page appears within the div of the current page) rather than the browser redirecting to the login.asp.

Can anyone offer a solution?
