Server that lets you upload CGI scripts

I am learning Perl and would like to practice uploading and interacting with CGI scripts.
I cannot seem to find anyone who allows this practice. Does anyone know of a site that
allows this?

if i understand you right, you are looking for a free hosting service that allows you to run CGI scripts, right?

if that is correct then you have a big selection to pick from.

Also you have not indicated which scripting language you want to use.

here is a free hosting service that does provide C and PERL based free CGI hosting.

I haven't decided on one yet. I have looked at three of them but got behind in everything and I'm playing catch-up right now. It is between westhost.com/, softicom.net/, and one other that slips my mind.
