1.You can use something like putty.

It gives you options to script access to ESX so with this you can script connecting to ESX servers change the password disconnect and move on to the next.

Here is what I did... But this is limited to a single ESX only. I am still looking for a script which will do the same in multiple ESX Host at one time.
1. Shutdown and Reboot your VMware ESX Server
2. Press "a" to modify the kernel arguments
3. Enter single user mode
4. Now, change the root password using the passwd command. You will need to enter the new root password twice.
5. Once you have reset the root password, reboot the server to go back into multi-user mode
6. Verify the new password
7. Resetting the VMware ESX Server root password is not difficult but you will have to bring down the server, enter single user mode, use the passwd command, and reboot to get the task completed.
