Many thanks. I think I will use an iframe within a 100% table. Seems to work better in practise. I did try your option and have awarded points.

Question
Auto resizing an iFrame (in Joomla) where the target frame is in a different directory within the website.
I am running Joomla and using the Wrapper component to look at WHMCS which is in another folder on my website. When you click links within the iframe, the size of the frame stays the same. I have to specify the largest height of the document within the frame in order not to have scroll bars and I need it to resize automatically.
A couple of ideas I had were either specify the height of each page of WHMCS somewhere in the database manually call them up onload, or ive heard there are ways of doing it with a cgi script or similar within each page of the WHMCS pages.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
