I have disabled Cross site scripting..
What I did is created a HTML page for displaying the Google map & put that in a folder in the root folder of CRM website & passed the path of this as the URL of IFrame..
Also changed the security settings of IE like Enabled active scripting..

Google maps in CRM iFrames is at best quirky. Your best bet would to write up a separate little web page that looks up the address using the CRM web server and passes the address to an embedded google map. You can then add this to your CRM entity with an entry in the ISV.CONFIG file.
