how to change a string to a select list?

hi,
i am facing a problem regarding select the data, then dunno how to convert to a string with commad.

here is the sample selected from database
|01       |ANCIP        |
|02       |INDA         |
|03       |MEMH         |
|04       |ANCIP        |
|05       |SFSR         |

need to make it become to
->>   01 ANCIP,02 INDA,03 MEMH,04 ANCIP,05 SFSR

anyone can help me?
