need IIS to allow code execution off a secondary server

I have a single domain with two Win2k3 servers, both running IIS. A website on one needs to include a webpage (with javascript) from the other, but attempting to do so gives me a "permission denied" error. From searching Experts Exchange, I believe this is by design and that I need to establish a "trust relationship" between the two servers. Assuming this is the solution, how do I do this?
