retrieve values from dynamic textboxes using Javascript in asp.net

I found the code below from experts-exchange but it's in coldfusion.  how can i modify it so that i can use it in VB for asp.net using visual web developer.

mysample-result.aspx display the result to the customer.  i test it and the "customer info" part work.  How do i save the dynamic values from the javascript above to my result page?  

Hoping to hear from someone soon.
