the "animation" i was talking about is actually the effect of sliding up. I have not used any image in the div. Those are just plain HTML.

Browse All TopicsHi everyone,
I am trying the slidetoggle animation of jquery in IE. I use the effect on a div inside a table cell, when clicking the image button on the first row, a table slides down with no problem. But when you click the image again and it slides up, after the animation finishes, there's a jerky bit of display on screen.
Can you figure out the cause and provide me with a solution for this?
Thanks in advance.
Quincy

"after the animation finishes"
Are you using heavy (size kb) graphics. Or lots of animation?
Try optimizing the image and also try it with out the animation.
See if that help
