I tried your solution, but it didn't work for me. It still did the same thing. Once I hover over the div, it closes after 500ms. It should only close after 500ms when I move away from the div or text field.

But when you try to click on something inside the div it disappears after 500ms because you are away from the field. How can I apply the same mouse leave function to the div so that it stays open when hovering over it and closes when moving away after 500ms?
