Javascript doesn't have any drawing methods as far

as I know. You might want to check out a relatively
new web technology: Scalable Vector Graphics.

It's quite easy to learn, and can be controlled almost
exclusively through javascript. There's tons of examples
online. Just go to any search engine and type in:
SVG, javascript, etc...
The downside is since it is relatively new (2001),
most browsers don't support it natively, so anyone
who wants to view the content has to download and install
a plug-in. Adobe just came out with the 3.0 version of
their SVG plugin:
