The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Synchronize scrollbars?

Hi guys!

I have an HTML page that is made up of about 4 frames. Here's the breakdown: One frame occupies the entire upper portion of the page, two frames share the middle (two columns) and another frame occupies the entire portion at the bottom.

      FRAME 1
Frame 2   Frame 3
      FRAME 4

Now here's my problem. I added vertical and horizontal scrollbars on Frame 2 and 3. I want frame 2 and 3 to scroll up or down at the same time but NOT scroll left or right at the same time. If there is also a way that I could remove the horizontal scrollbar from frame 2, that would be better.

So, I need the horizontal scrollbars to be synchronized while the vertical ones are independent of one another. Can anybody tell me how to do this or if it is possible using javascript?
