Disable IE icon on the top left of the Browser

Hi again Experts.

After solving my problem with the onClose thing I found that I still have a little problem, if the user clicks on the Ms Icon that appears on the top left part of the window, it shows a menu where he can close the window and then I cant control the event to close the session, it also happens if the user right click on the title bar.

I think there is a way to disable the icon but I can't remember it, about the right click I guess is easier just to disable it.
