Popup Code gives Error under XP SP2
Win is not generated under WinXP SP2 when their popup blocker is used. This ends up generating a runtime error.

how are you opening the window? is it requested ( the user has to have interaction with the window to open it ), or is it unrequested ( it just opens automatically regardless of user interaction ). I believe the former should open but the latter will be blocked.
