I want my textarea to use the following together:

onFocus="if(this.value=='Message Here:')this.value='';"
onChange="if(this.value=='Message Here:')this.value='No Message.';"
onChange="if(this.value=='')this.value='No Message.';"

<textarea name="yourmessage" cols="40" rows="8" onFocus="if(this.value=='Message Here:')this.value='';" onChange="if(this.value=='')this.value='No Message.';" onChange="if(this.value=='Message Here:')this.value='No Message.';" onChange="if(this.value=='')this.value='No Message.';">Message Here:</textarea>

They will not work together as written above, can someone show me how to combine them so that they will work together?
