Hi,<br />

so I have a layer of height 900px that is assigned the overflow: auto property. <br />
<br />
what I want to be able to do is detect the scroll offset of the scroll bar when teh scroll bar is visible. <br />
<br />
I would also like a way to manipulate the scroll offset of the scroll bar related to this layer. <br />
<br />
Are there any functions that allow me to manipulate the scroll bar of the layer rather than the scroll bar of the window? <br />
