Clear All setTimeout() Functions

With the type of work that I do, I use setTimeout() a LOT. I keep running into this problem where it would be useful for me to clearTimeout() for every setTimeout() that might currently be counting down. Am I making sense? It's kinda late and I'm not very good at wordsmithing. Anyways, I have looked and tried for a while and can't find a solution for this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
