Pop up calendar

Hello experts,

I am searching to find a pop up calendar that the user will click on a date and will be populated in a text field.I am interesting to disable
the days that are before the current date and the user to select different months but not different years.Moreover, to be compatible with all the browsers and also Mac.
I have already found two examples but the first cannot disable the dates and i cannot find how i can delete the arrows that change year.
The second example is doing all the above the only different is that in IE is not working,is only working in Mozilla.

Do you have anything to suggest?

I am despered to find a calendar with this functions as i have search the "whole" google.
