Currency to words

hai,
i m trying to convert the number of format say,111111111111.11(12digits.2digits) number to words.
i have two text box,in which user will enter currency main unit say, US DOLLARS/DIRHAMS,  and subunit CENTS/FILS,
after that i will get amount in another textbox and display the results one thousand dollars and 50 cents .

if no subunit,then only one thousand.....

i want the script in javascript..could anyone help me out

looks like, the code needs a lot of modifications.
because the code supports 11 digits only including the 2 decimals
