Eliminating the dotted line box that appears around a link after it has been clicked on.

A dotted text box appears around the link after it has been clicked until you click elsewhere.  It looks awful.  How can I get rid of it?  To see what I'm talking about, the current copy of the page I'm working on can be found at...  http://www.orangeshadow.com/~jdavis/
The Menu and Gallery tabs are the ones that I am referring to.  I would like to eliminate this all together though.
