I know this is probably been addressed many times, but I am looking for a piece of Javascript code which will hide part of a page according to a scroll-down selection.<br />

I have a form with many fields. There are some scroll-down options which, if selected, should make the rest of the form disappear except for the Submit button because they render the rest of the questions meaningless.
