JS script sought:  A dropdown menu that in addn to text has thumbnails showing

Can anyone point me to a JS script (hopefully free) that is a normal SELECT dropdown menu (click to expand and select),  but to the left of each normal text "label" it displays a thumbnail.

I've seen a script a while back, but cannot find one now.
