The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. best way to do a replace...

I have a string with the following value...

chkl_4e49143f-5e54-4630-acd4-ba1e06449ddechk_68342560-0815-4a9d-97af-f3a969e58370chk_a8a854b1-5cc9-4cee-872f-ec1437165eb5

and I want to replace, well actually remove all the chkl_ in the string...I can get rid of the first one...but thats it...so not sure what i am doing wrong..so that ALL instances of chkl_ are deleted/removed from this string...

updateValues = updateValues.replaceAll('chk_','');

the second part to this question is...should I do this 'string' removal here on the client in javascript or should I do it on the server side C#.net 2003, and remove the chk_ value there?
