JavaScript form Show / Hide Row

Hi
attached HTML page, there is a form , one check box ,
now i want to make the checkbox as toggle ,, means view or hide the row "abstractRow"
this <td id="abstractRow"> has another text area so the check box will view/hide this tr when clicking on it..
there is enableAbstract js method ,, i gues work will be there,,,,
can any one help plz ??
