Oh wait, I remember one thing which worked for me on IE 6. The script which is scrolling the window must be on parent site and on child site you include it and call it's functions.

Browse All TopicsI have a page on site1.x which has an IFrame that shows a page on site2.x
Is there a way for the site2.x page to scroll the parent window (ie the site1.x page) either to the top of the IFrame, the top of the page, to an anchor on the page, or to certain number of pixels from the top of the page? I have been trying to find a way to do any of these but everything I've tried so far fails due to cross-domain security restrictions in all browsers except Firefox.

If you imported JS file from external server like:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://external.domai
then you can use it's functions by simply calling it's name.

Unfortunetely, that's impossible and there's no workaround for that unless you make an exploit for a bug which only you know (so it won't get fixed quickly) :)
