The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. "Tabbed Panel Page Focusing" from another page (Part 2)!

Hi there,

This question is a solicitation for a (small) modification on Shiratzi´s (perfect) javascript code that he created to solve the problem presented here: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Languages/Scripting/JavaScript/Q_23689005.html#a22387825

(His javascript code is contained in the accepted solution, for sure.)

Please:

01. Create the "PageWithTabbedPanel.asp"  with exactly the first code attached.
02. Create the "PageWithGoBackFeature.asp" with exactly the second code attached.

Now please go to the second tab or the third tab at the page created at 01. above and click the link; the page at 02. will open (_blank) and then please click the button. Everything works fine BUT... I go back to Tab1.

Question: what to change in the code to make it go back to the Tab where the user has clicked? (If clicked from Tab1, go back to Tab1, if clicked from Tab2, go back to Tab2, etc)
