Balloon tooltips with embeded images/icons

Hi there,

I'm trying to add an icon to a popup tooltip balloon, the idea being that there is a list of flooring materials and when they hover the mouse over the text they get a little image representing the colour and texture of said material. I'm trying to adapt the attached java script to achieve this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
