Creating popup comments when you mouseover text

Asked by gabrielPennyback in JavaScript, Asynchronous Javascript and XML (AJAX)

Please take a look at this site and let me know how they produce the comments (in this case ads) that come up when you mouseover the double underlined phrases in green:

It's hard to tell because there's nothing around the text itself in the html that references anything.
