Can you not just use css

Pointer</span>
natuarlly when you mouseout you want have a cursor anyway :)

change mouse pointer onmouseover vs onmouseout
function CursorOnHover(sender) {

This function fires when I hover over a button. What I don't know how to do is change the cursor to a pointer
The CSS equivalent would be:
cursor:pointer;
