Javascript object with array property

I am working on a class (object) that allows the user to add multiple objects to an array variable contained within a container object. The purpose of this is ultimately to add form elements (input[i]) within a form (the container object). II would then be able to store an object within container.input[# goes here] Just as an example I have my attempt at this below in code. Please let me know if you have any questions, thankyou!
