Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Javascript Prepopulate text field

Hi Experts
I am trying to populate a hidded field with a document url using javascript.

The script prints the url on the page but does not populate the hissed field.

Please could someone look at my code.

All I want is the /pagename written to the form, not the full url.
See the page code below
